Location: Tottenham, Greater London Salary: £150-£175 A Day

Customer Liaison Officer – 6 month contract

 

We are partnering with a ‘cradle to grave’ project delivery partner specialising in planning, commercial and project management. Due to continued growth in their team, they are seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to aid with their development in Tottenham, London.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Customer Communication:

Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring clear and efficient communication.

  • Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.

  • Collaboration with Teams:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.

  • Issue Resolution:

Monitor customer feedback and proactively address issues or complaints to ensure satisfaction.

  • Reporting:

Provide regular updates to management on customer interactions and service performance.

 

Requirements

 

  • Full, clean UK driving license (essential).
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites and attend stakeholder meetings.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, within the construction or utilities industry (essential).
  • Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders (essential).
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve complaints effectively (essential).
